Konnekt IT opens for business

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our new business, Konnekt IT Solutions Limited.

Formed from the Exchequer team within Cooper Parry LLP, we created a new business on July 1st 2010, dedicated to looking after the needs of our Iris Exchequer users.  With over 10 years experience of implementing and supporting the award winning Iris Exchequer solution, the team will continue to provide support to our customers.  Retaining familiar faces you all know; you can rest assured that your IT system remains supported by the best possible support team.  

 

Our first priority is to ensure that the transition to our new location is as smooth as possible for your business and we will do all we can to make this happen. Our new support lines will be operational from Monday 12th July 2010.

 

We will continue to work very closely with Cooper Parry and you can rest assured that any calls in progress, or calls made to the old contact details will all be passed across and support continued as normal.

 

What services are we providing?

Our primary focus is to provide your business with Iris Exchequer support and solutions.  Alongside this however, we will also be offering a number of additional services; both via our own team and in conjunction with our key business partners. 

Our key areas of focus will be: -

• Iris Exchequer; implementation, consultancy and customisation
• Document Management solutions
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Infrastructure; selection, installation and on-going support/maintenance
• Training; Iris Exchequer, Microsoft office products (office etc…), CRM
• Communications; Wide Area Networking (WAN), telephony/VOIP and mobile-working

 

What next…?

We have lots more to tell you but for now, our focus is on the smooth transition to our new support service.  Communication will however be a strong differentiator for Konnekt and with this in mind, you can expect to see our regular newsletter "Konnekt-ed" begin to hit your inbox around September.
