Built around the core Microsoft operating systems of Exchange Server, SharePoint Server and Communication Server; the on-line hosted solution provides your business with the same tools used by larger corporates.

Currently called BPOS (Business Productivity Online Suite) and with a minimum configuration of just 5 users; you can subscribe to the following services for around £10 per user, per month. 

• Calender, Email and Tasks (Outlook/Exchange Server)
• Sharepoint (Document storage & management) for teams/colleagues
• Office Live Meeting/Communicator

New - Launching mid 2011; Microsoft Office 365

We all love Microsoft Office; but we don't always have access to our daily desktop/laptop.  Office 365 is therefore the next logical step for Microsoft in the battle for cloud computing.   In direct competition to Google Docs, the Office 365 suite is designed to provide office functionality via a web browser.

When released; the current BPOS solution (above) will be renamed Office 365 and will offer a range of solutions for small, medium and large enterprises.

What are the risks..? - Microsoft are going to be offering a 99.9% uptime guarantee; so they are confident it will deliver.  With a significant number of users already moving to the cloud, this step will create significant momentum for business to make the transition.
